Welcome to my night site. Here you can find any Biblical date--from Adam to the end of the world. Consult the "Pages" and click the "Calendar #..." for the appropriate era. June 16 to September 17 covers Part 1 (see Contents...) of this research, i.e., the five historical periods that structure Biblical dating in Part 2. On October 1 I began calculating the dates to verify their accuracy. From February 21 to March 4, 2009 I did Part 3, showing how Divinity alone accounts for this timeline. Be- cause numbers either do or don't add up correctly, this chronolo- gical analysis should prove the least controversial. The page titled SUPPLEMENTS consists of all work done after completing my proof for Divinity on March 4, 2009. The dates on the supplementary entries complement the post pub- lished the previous day. For example the supplement--DIVINITY AS A PRINCIPLE OF INTERPRETATION, dated June 12--discusses issues raised on the post dated June 11. This calendar has been worked out only within the last fifty years, in particular by Harold Camping, president of the Family Radio Ministry in Oakland California.1. Without his work this blog could never have begun. According to this calendar the church age ends and the Great Tribulation of Matthew 24:21 begins on May 21, 1988. On May 21, 2011 the Rapture occurs and the unsaved remain behind for the five months of Revelation 9. On October 21, 2011, God burns up the universe. My hermeneutics (see June 11 and 14) come from the Bible alone. People often apply their own definitions and logic to inter- pretation to "prove" their belief system. But just as one needs the correct numbers to open a safe, one needs the proper hermeneu- tic to interpret Scripture. I take an analytical approach; philosophical or religious para- digms fail to uncover the required data. All derived "facts" must imply further "truth" and agree with everything else the Bible says about the subject. I published my first post on June 9 , '08 and ended on March 4 , '09. So if you've ever wondered what the KJV actually says or how it structures time, you can find out here. |
